Many significant issies in the workplace affect how we best live and work together.  This committee will seek to target these issues and encourage the members of the club to live out the ideals of Rotary in their day-to-day business practices, as well as their personal lives.

• Promote the Object of Rotary as a model of Ethics in Professional LIfe
• Emphasize the 4-Way Test in the workplace and day-to-day activities,
• Serve as a resource for Junior Rotarians,
