Restoring Sight in Haiti

Dr Anshu Chandra joined us from Haiti at the eye clinic. The internet connection was intermittent, so she recorded a presentation. However, she was able to join us live for some questions. Here are some videos about the clinic. They are trying to raise money to build a new clinic.

Holland Rotary Seeks to Outfit Hospitals in Kenya

The Holland Rotary Noon Club and Holland After Hours Club are seeking donors and partners for a Rotary Global Grant to equip three medical facilities in Kenya with critical, lifesaving equipment. Population growth and aging or absent equipment severely strain local healthcare capacity. Urban hospitals face extreme overcrowding—often forcing four to five patients to share a single bed—while rural facilities lack the resources to acquire, maintain, or replace medical tools across geographically spread communities.
